Universal Weave Conveyor Belt - High Temperature Handling
Universal weave conveyor belt features alternating right and left hand spiral wires which joint together in the terminal. This interwoven design provide equal and opposite stress for stable movement by traction or positive drive. Generally, they are widely used in glazing ceramics, copper brazing as well as food processing industries such as cooking, baking and cleaning, etc.
Universal weave conveyor belts have similar structure to double balanced weave belts, but different in edges. Right and left spiral wires are welded to each other at the end of universal weave belts; while they are welded to crimped cross rods for double balanced weave belts as shown in the picture:

Features:
- Smooth conveying surface.
- Less stretch than other wire mesh conveyor belts.
- Preserve its structure even under high temperature and stress.
- Strong and stable product conveying without slipping, griping and jamming and piling up.
- Superb air circulation and easy liquid drainage.
- Temperature range: -40°F to 2100°F.
Details:
- Material: high carbon steel; galvanized steel, 3% chromium or manganese plated; stainless steel 304, 314, 310, 316, 330 or other custom materials as your request.
- Pitch of cross rods: 6mm to 20mm.
- Pitch of spiral wires: 6mm to 20mm.
- Diameter of cross rods: 1mm to 4mm.
- Diameter of spiral wires: 1mm to 3mm.
